Conference Hotel
The EME10 conference hotel is the newly remodeled The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport pictured below. Reservations may be made online by following this link:
Reserve a room for EME 2010 now
Reservations at the conference rate of $89 will be accepted until July 12th, 2010 or when the block of rooms we have allocated are filled. To ensure you get the conference rate, book as soon as you know that you will be attending EME 2010. If you have any issues with the website or making a reservation, please contact us by sending an email to w5lua@sbcglobal.net.
If you have any issues with the web registration for the hotel, you may call the hotel directly at 888-627-8617 and reference the "EME Conference" to get the conference rate. If all else fails, drop Al an email at w5lua@sbcglobal.net.
Airport arrivals: After you've claimed your baggage, pick up a courtesy phone and call the The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport. They will dispatch a van on demand and give you an estimate of how long it will take to arrive and where to catch the van. Alternately, you may call the Westin directly on their main number, 972-929-4500.
